New Producer Training Site

Good afternoon,

We are closer to the implementation date for the upcoming implementation of the new Producer training site,
developed as a result of your feedback!  

IMPORTANT!  All in-progress training must be completed prior to Wednesday, July 20, 2011, in preparation
for the official launch date of the site, Thursday, July 21, 2011.  

The Producer training site is a convenient and easy-to-use location for sharing Producer learning and communication. 
It provides a high level of functionality for the end user, as well as an improved look and feel from prior solutions.   

The attached job aid depicts the new sign in field on the entry page, and gives log in instructions for your
first time accessing the new site.
 
With the new Producer training site:

·         Your username and password is the same as with the prior training site

·         The site URL does not change: https://producertraining.cigna.com

·         CIGNA University Help Desk support contact information does not change; however, there is a contact
link on the log in page for direct access to the help you need.

·         The Forgot Password? link is also available on the login page, and provides you with a quick solution
for a forgotten password.

·         Previous training history is not migrated to new system; however, history remains accessible through the
CIGNA University Help Desk

The Producer training site design provides an intuitive level of functionality, and makes the user experience
simple and streamlined.  

·         All vital information is on one landing page, with no scrolling required

·         The user can take a course, study, and download their completion certificate quickly and easily

·         The additional navigation and site sections available (i.e., History, AHIP, Help, Profile) support program
growth and expansion

We are excited about the launch of new learning and communication delivery solution – and for the ability to
