To submit AHiP to have the 2012 online portion of the cert waived: certification@univhc.com or fax it to: 727-456-7882

·         For returning agents please have them include their 0801 or 0837 agent writing number on the certificate.

·         For new agents make sure the new agent registers on the portal first so there is something to tie the AHiP to – the new agent should include their Universal agent portal username on the AHiP certificate when submitting it.  That username is usually their first initial and last name and sometime a couple of numbers i.e. mgraham123
