Friday for any changes to report |
|||
|
· All
FMOs must report monthly sales events for all products. · FMOs
must report all of their agents’ upcoming sales events by the 15th of the
month, one-month prior to the meeting date. Events will be reported to CMS by
the 20th of each month (business day). · Options
for reporting scheduled meetings through the Producer Help Desk (PHD) are as follows: 1.
Email phd@uhc.com 2.
Fax (714) 825-5309 3.
Phone (888) 381-8581 · Reported
sales events are documented in Service Gold based on the reporting party
(FMO/GA/Broker/Agent) note: FMOs may act on behalf of their hierarchy; FMOs
will be held responsible for the reporting of the Solicitors. ·
If there are no scheduled sales events are
planned, FMOs are instructed to respond with, “No
Planned Marketing or Sales Events”. ·
Events added after the 15th must
be reported
to the PHD immediately. These events will be
included in a weekly report sent to CMS. ·
Once the monthly extract has been done from
Service Gold, the event cannot be cancelled without the permission of your
Regional Director of Broker Sales. ·
If you have already set up an event but
made a mistake in the correct date, time and/or location of the meeting THEN
you can make changes to reflect the correct information. ·
Failure to adequately report under UHG, CMS
and other regulatory agency guidelines will result in disciplinary measures,
including contract suspension up to termination. |
