If your MAPD has the wrong election code and the company cannot contact the client within 7 days of the date that the agent signed the application--the application will be denied! You can't just mark "SEP" the company needs to know what type of SEP. Moving in, loss of Medicaid etc. Here is a list of election codes CLICK HERE
