WHAT IS ICHIA?

The Indiana Comprehensive Health Insurance (ICHIA) was created by the Indiana Legislature to offer an alternative for health insurance coverage to the residents of Indiana who experience problems in obtaining or keeping health insurance due to a medical condition.
