  • Release of Liability

    I agree to hold Signature Estates of Indiana/Benefit Plans of America, Inc. doing business as Gordon Marketing, harmless for any and all injury and or damage to me or my property that may occur in conjunction with Gordon Marketing’s 2027 Sales Trip to Cancun, Mexico. I understand that there may be unforeseeable circumstances that are beyond the control of Gordon Marketing. I accept this trip at my own risk. By signing below, I agree to release Gordon Marketing, its owners, officers, heirs and assigns from all liability related to the above trip. By registering you have agreed to the release of liability

  • 1st Passenger Information (please provide copy of passport)

  • Max. file size: 128 MB.
    You must have at least 6 months remaining before passport expires in order to travel. If you do not have a valid passport, please let us know as soon as possible so we can advise on timeline, steps, and hurdles.

  • 2nd Passenger Information (please provide copy of passport)

    If you do NOT have a 2nd passenger, please fill the required boxes with "NA." The form will not submit without a response in all of the required boxes.
  • Max. file size: 128 MB.
    You must have at least 6 months remaining before passport expires in order to travel. If you do not have a valid passport, please let us know as soon as possible so we can advise on timeline, steps, and hurdles.

  • Credit Card Authorization Information

    Please fill out the Credit Card information if applicable, (if you are staying extra days, you are buying in to the trip, etc.) (filling in your name authorizes this transaction)

  • Tickets will NOT be purchased until a completed W-9 is returned to Theresa. Please complete above W-9 ASAP.

Terms and Conditions

The Gordon Marketing annual convention is our way of investing in our top agents and agencies and celebrating our shared success. In alignment with this investment, qualification and attendance require a commitment to ongoing partnership. Participants agree that they will not seek contract releases or transfers for the remainder of the calendar year in which the trip was taken.

Gordon Marketing reserves the right to change or discontinue the trip at its sole discretion and without notice. The trip is for agents in good standing and actively representing Gordon Marketing at the time of the trip. Trip is for agent and a guest over the age of 18. In no event may agents bring children under the age of 18. Agents must not have a debt with Gordon Marketing.

Trip is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prizes. Attendee is responsible for taxes and will receive a 1099. Should the attendee cancel after having registered, he/she will continue to receive a 1099 for the non-refundable costs incurred. Gordon Marketing requires agents attend all scheduled events meetings, guest attendance is not mandatory at business meeting.
