In Loving Memory of Dick Gordon: Champion of Family and Business
Richard “Dick” Gordon, beloved founder of Gordon Marketing, passed away on December 31, 2024, at 89. A devoted husband, father, and community leader, Dick’s life was a testament to dedication, innovation, and love. Married to Margaret for 60 years, he raised six children and cherished his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In 1980, Dick founded Gordon Marketing, an insurance FMO that became a cornerstone of his legacy. A true “Agent’s man,” he poured his heart into supporting and inspiring his insurance agents, many of whom considered him a mentor and friend. His unwavering belief in their success and his hands-on approach earned him admiration across the industry.
Known for his infectious positivity and work ethic, Dick Gordon’s impact extended beyond his career to the countless lives he touched. His family remembers him as a guiding light, and his legacy lives on in the company and community he built with love and care.
Dick’s family encourages donations to the Noblesville Bridge of Flowers in his memory, honoring a man whose life was defined by selfless acts and an enduring love for his family, agents, friends, and neighbors.
